Please Read Carefully:

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal on International orders. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to use them. Just click PayPal at checkout and it will take you to their site and offer you a choice.
The shipping address you provide must be the verified address on your PayPal account or Credit Card.
We check with Paypal or your Credit card company to confirm.

If the address does not match, your order will not be processed, we will refund your credit card, and notify you by email.

International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail International and International Priority, (depending on products purchased).

All products shipped are labeled as merchandise with the correct value. Do not ask us to mislabel the package.

If a package is lost it will take up to 45 days from the date of shipping before a duplicate shipment can be made. Earth Goddess Minerals will only issue one replacement package, we do not refund for orders that have been shipped.

We are not responsible for any Customs Fees, Duty Charges, and Taxes by your government. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or bad weather.
There is no delivery confirmation available on International Orders.
*** If you place an order that we cannot fit into the International Priority Flat Rate Envelope, then we will have to use a different shipping box and alternate shipping costs will apply. We will notify you of these costs and send you an invoice for the additional amount to your email.***

Expect 10 to 30 days for delivery once your order is shipped from Earth Goddess Minerals.

Please note that there are additional shipping fees on all international orders.

It will make your total for shipping 7.00 for orders under 75.00 and 15.00 for all orders over 75.00.

Please add the additional shipping charge to your cart before you check out.
If you forget to add these charges, we will notify you by email so that you will be able to add the additional shipping fee before we process your order.
